01 How do I submit a personal sourcing request?
Instagram DM or email is the best way to connect on any sourcing requests. Included in the detail please include an image of the item, your size (EUR for shoes), & any style numbers or extra details if available, Budget.

STYLEcult: specialise in sourcing circular, archival vintage, and regenerative pieces.

02 How do I submit a business sourcing request?
Instagram DM or email is the best way to connect on any sourcing requests. Business requests are designed, scoped & curated on an as per induvial basis. Fees vary per request & brief.

Business requests include:

  • Small regenerative edits to supplement & diversify your current collections – add some vintage to the mix. Fashion, Accessories, Homewares, or Furniture.
  • Research piece that brings together a curated influential & strategic visual vision for collections & new lines.
  • Props, Interior Decoration, Commercial Fit outs, Installs.

03 What does Regenerative mean?
Regenerative refers to ways & means that support a circular system & process- Ultimately reducing waste & lowering virgin consumption, supporting ethical & circular processes & materials for new product development.

All the items sourced via STYLEcult: are from the circular economy. Therefore, all pieces will be preloved, vintage, archival luxury, neo vintage, preloved (possibly new- depending on the situation), new old stock, all sourced from circular channels & networks.

The STYLEcult: philosophy is focused on reframing a meaningful relationship with consumption, to be both circular & ethical.

04 How much will my piece cost?
The price will always depend on a variety of elements including which country it is sourced from, the rarity or demand, condition.

When your piece has been located or collection / edit curated, there will be confirmation the price which will include both the sourcing fee & shipping via DHL Express or Australia Post.

05 Is worldwide shipping available?
Yes, for Fashion pieces, via DHL Express. Furniture & Homewares are not available for overseas shipping at this time.

Shipping within Australia is via Australia Post, or courier dependent on the size and requirements of the delivery. Personal delivery can also be arranged if possible and practical – Fee TBC at time of delivery.

All orders are shipped out within seven business days from the date of the payment being received & cleared on our end. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number automatically via email.

06 How much are the STYLEcult: sourcing fees?
Personal Sourcing - A flat rate fee of $200 AUD applies per item.

Business Sourcing – Fee will vary per brief & individual request.

3-hour Personal Regenerative Sourcing and Shopping Experience - $400.

Purchases are in addition and made by client.

Locations will vary dependant on client brief.

If visiting more than one location experience timing is from meeting point and will include travel between venues.

These experiences are booked and paid for in advance.

The sourcing fee will apply to all orders once request has been sourced.


07 How long will the sourcing process take?
Every request is on a case-by-case basis, so it is very hard to put an exact turnaround time on it. For new season pieces, they can usually be located quicker than previous season & vintage pieces.

08 Will you check in with me during the sourcing process?
Regular updates will be provided when pieces are discovered, or edits curated. There may be times that more consultation is sort throughout the sourcing process. With that said, we monitor every request closely, & some will take longer than others due to the nature of the request.

09 Can I cancel a request?
Yes, if STYLEcult: have not already confirmed, invoiced and you have made payment. You can send us a DM advising that you’d like to cancel your request.

10 What payment methods do you accept? 
Payments can be made by

  • Bank transfer. Details will be provided on request. Receipt of payment is required.
  • Credit/debit card. Please note there is a 2.7% credit/debit card surcharge for all Australian clients, & a 2.9% credit/debit card charge for all international clients.
  • 3% additional fee for PayPal payments.

Payments are to be made in full for both personal & business requests. No part payments available.

The payment includes – the agreed piece/edit + shipping/delivery + sourcing fee. (Extra insurance can be organised for an additional fee- please ask)

Invoice will be sent to you for payment.

11 Can an item be put on hold?
Due to the dynamic process of the sourcing & the regenerative aspect, often the piece is unable to be placed on hold due to availability & demand.

12 My item is the wrong size, or I have changed my mind; can I exchange or refund? 
All sales are final. STYLEcult: are unable to return any item for an exchange or refund, so please ensure you are 100% happy with your request before proceeding. Including sizing, style, brand, aesthetic.

As per the ACCC guidelines there is no refund on second-hand items. Please see T&Cs.

The sourcing fee will apply to all orders once requested item has been sourced.

13 What is your return policy?

All sales are final. 

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on curated edits, personalised sourced pieces, individually scoped contracts & consulting.

14 How can I purchase from you?

STYLEcult: edits are showcased on Instagram, simply connect with STYLEcult: via DM in relation to the piece you are interested in. We can send you a direct link to purchase through our website or PayPal. Make sure you have your IG push notifications turned on so you can see when we add a collection.

15 Do you combine shipping for multiple orders?

Yes. 

For multiple orders ready to be shipped at the same time we are able to combine delivery. Please email us at STYLEcult: thecreator@stylecult.com.au to arrange this service.

Most orders will be shipped via STYLEcult: HQ. If the order is urgent items maybe posted direct. This will be discussed at individual consultation.

16 What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most international destinations. Please email us at  thecreator@stylecult.com.au should you have any international delivery queries before purchasing or sending a sourcing request.

17 Will my international order be subject to customs duties, fees, and taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. Clients are responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or fees incurred by the inbound arrival of their order. Delays may occur as your order is cleared through customs.

Purchased may also be subject to a conversion fee when purchased via a credit card in another currency. Please check with your individual bank.

18 Vintage designer adorned and Up-cycled T-skirts.

  • Each piece is assessed and priced according to its condition, embellishment, brand and market value, plus a sourcing fee.
  • Item/s are photographed, styled, and curated to best showcase each piece. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
  • All sales, payments, and shipments to customers are final.
